On November 15, 2025, the hearts of Korean cuisine enthusiasts in Wrocław beat faster. On this special day, Poland was treated to a culinary journey straight to South Korea, all thanks to the international event, the Korea Kimchi Festival 2025.
Global Success
The Korea Kimchi Festival 2024 concluded with spectacular success in metropolises worldwide, such as Los Angeles, London, Sydney, and New Delhi, inspiring thousands of participants with the rich and fascinating world of kimchi. Previous editions included engaging workshops led by local chefs, attracting hundreds of people eager to learn the art and history of preparing this Korean national dish.
Debut in Poland
In 2025, it was time for Poland! The W Korea organization held the event in Wrocław, where we had the opportunity to try our hand at making kimchi and participate in a tasting of Korean dishes prepared by Helena Yeyoon.
As in previous years, major Korean media outlets were involved in the project—MBC and Arirang TV participated as media partners, and the festival was broadcast on television in November 2025.
