Warsaw K-pop Day 2025

On March 1, 2025, the hearts of K-pop fans in Warsaw’s Ochota district beat faster. This was thanks to the organizers of Warsaw K-pop Day. The Artia Artistic Academy transformed into a place brimming with Korean pop culture, where attendees could participate in dance lessons, lectures about South Korea, and purchase unique K-pop merchandise from exhibitors such as: D-art, K-INGDOM, Sklep Kpoptrap.pl, MOMO SHOP, Fluffy Paka, NA NABI. The MYSOSEO Foundation had the pleasure of appearing for the first time at a stationary event and conducting a discussion panel on the development of K-pop in Poland.

A Dance Paradise for Polish K-pop Fans

As usual, the organizers ensured the best dance instructors were present, inviting the top K-pop instructors in Poland and a special guest. The list of instructors was as follows:

  • Maja Ciesielka
  • Marietta Konieczna
  • CERBERUS DANCE CREW
  • Oliwia Ryżak
  • Hyeonwoo Nam (KOR) – who led choreography workshops for the song 'BIRTHDAY’ by TEN of NCT.

We managed to conduct short interviews with Maja Ciesielska and Hyeonwoo Nam about their journey with dance. We encourage you to watch our vlog from that day to learn more.

What Collectors Love the Most: The Exhibitors

It’s well known that K-pop fans love collecting photocards, albums, and accessories related to their favorite artists—and thanks to the presence of local exhibitors, they had a unique opportunity to do so. The exhibition halls were filled with a wealth of unique K-pop treasures. You could find everything: from the latest and limited edition albums, to rare and sought-after photocards for trading, as well as trendy accessories, pins, and other merchandise. Among the exhibitors who catered to collectors’ needs were:

  • D’art, K-INGDOM, Sklep Kpoptrap.pl, MOMO SHOP, Fluffy Paka, NA NABI, MILK TEA
  • BubbleJoy

This segment of the fair was crucial, allowing fans not only to shop but also to connect, trade cards, and share their passion for collecting.

Meeting and Contest Zone

The meeting zone was a center for interaction and fun, where the following took place:

  • Thematic Panels – in-depth discussions on the latest trends.
  • Random Play Dance – a spontaneous dance game that tested knowledge and reflexes.
  • Contests and KQuiz – with the chance to win attractive prizes and giveaways.

The MYSOSEO Foundation debuted with its discussion panel on the development of K-pop in Poland. We moved from the initial phases, where access to Korean music and merch was limited, and smoothly transitioned into the golden age, which continues today. We hope that our activities will increase the number of Korean concerts and events in Poland. Photos from our panel can be found below. We thank the organization very much for the invitation, and see you next year!
